We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your digital product to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your digital product must not have been downloaded or accessed.

If your refund request is accepted, we’ll process the refund and notify you via email.

Please note that refunds are not available for digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Due to the nature of digital products, certain items cannot be refunded once downloaded or accessed. These include but are not limited to software licenses, digital downloads, and subscriptions.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve processed your refund and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
